REGISTRATION PROCESS:

For Three Years Diploma program in Civil, Mechanical and Chemical Engineering at Lakhimpur Polytechnic, applicants are required to apply only through online mode at https//dte.assam.gov.in

IMPORTANT NOTE:

The candidate must be a resident of Assam. [Except son/daughter of central Govt. Employees]
To avail Central Govt. quota- The candidate must not be a Permanent Resident of Assam. The employees who are posted in Assam for less than 20 (Twenty) years on the last date of counselling or as decided by the Director of Technical Education.
The candidate must have the H.S.LC. or its equivalent examination in a single sitting (without grace marks in Science and Mathematics and also has to pass both theory and practical/ Internal Assessment individually) with Mathematics and Science as compulsory subjects.
Average marks in Mathematics and science should be 40% for candidates. 35% for SC candidates and 33% for ST candidates.

QUALIFICATION CERTIFICATE: H.S.L.C. OR ITS EQUIVALENT EXAMINATION MARK SHEET AND CERTIFICATE
PERMANENT RESIDENT CERTIFICATE:
- - PERMANENT RESIDENT CERTIFICAT OF ASSAM [PRC]
  - FOR CENTRAL GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEES QUOTA PLEASE FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTION OF C.G.E. QUOTA
